Sorta 'explosive' tightening accompanied by a loud sneeze. Turned out this happened just about every time.

Also, Colin's failed attempt at the stunt should have been something in his mind. If your a BMX rider, Mtn Biker, Roadie, or any type of extreme sport athlete, you've got to come to terms with the idea that you may injure yourself in such a way that you never return to that sport.
