Optional
Triples the price tag and puts maintenance costs through the roof.
I love the idea of a street legal UTV. Not that I would want to go above 30 on pavement without swapping out for street tires.
At what point do these UTV's just become overpriced underperforming trucks?
Lets see.... a truck with a 48 ci motor, 50hp, $22,000 !... or an F150, with 300hp for $25,000!!!!.
I say that time is now.

I don't know, those look like some sensible shoes to me. Now if she had 6" stilletos then I would say yea, she's high maintenance.

Can't drive an F-150 on the golf course or the sidewalk.

I would love to have a street legal UTV. I got the chance to drive the Polaris RZR a summer ago and they told me to "have fun" and "try it out."
Several powerslide, on/off driving course adventures, WOT runs and all that and i got kinda asked and escorted back to the sign in tent.
THey were nice about it and all which was alright...
Long story short i want a street legal UTV.
And also i looked and looked and no way no how in Ohio can i get a Kei car to be a street legal vehicle.
So i gotta find a way to do a UTV. Suzuki Sidekick with a cage and chop off all the body? hmmm

This would be great for Ithaca's terrible streets and roads.
I saw those in an autotrader typer magazine in an ad for whoever is the distributor in Michigan. If they are the same ones I looked into, I believe they are Chinese. The girl certainly looks familiar. I remember thinking they might be stage one of Chinese cars coming over.
I've looked at some of these types of vehicles and they can be both taller, wider and longer than my Mini.

Why not just buy the Suzuki one? 4wd and everything.
Personally I would rather have the Honda or Subaru, because the engine is in the rear and it will help balance the cab over.

Because I could title it was a suzuki Samurai and drive it on the street as a normal car

Since you are "modifying" things, why not just buy a totaled Samurai/Sidekick/X-90 and do a Vin swap. It is about as legal as what you are purposing.
