I really wanted to enjoy American Hot Rod with Boyd Coddington. His crew was skilled and the car building was fairly interesting. But the production portrayed him (and Duane) as such a raging red ass that it mostly just pissed me off. The fact that every one that followed seems to follow the same theme is a shame
It's just me, but I don't find either the show or the memes entertaining at all... Just me, I'm sure. Carry on.

Not sure if that was the editing of the show or just the way they are/were. What really struck me as a business owner was the way Boyd took advantage of his workers. He constantly forced them to work insanely long hours, give up their weekends, etc, etc. I'd hope they were getting double overtime pay for things like that but you don't know. That's a sign of total business incompetence...
