Oh come on. Most domestic species have members that are actively human-aggressive. My parents, for example, had a goat that was about the meanest thing with hooves (Mofo's ex-wife excluded) which had to have been born that way: it matured getting no different treatment from the rest of the herd.
Without putting too much time into it, here's a quick quote from the Humane Society: "The difference in the threshold prompting aggressive behavior is influenced by both environmental and genetic factors."
Some dogs are bred to be more aggressive. That doesn't make them bad dogs, it just provides a different set of challenges.
You all do realize that people have been arguing nature vs. nurture for centuries, and haven't really gotten anywhere.
