Plqsti-Dipped my bike

So I rode a burgundy bike. No more. I used the Blaze Blue but instead of using it over a white base I used it over a black base to tone it down. Dig.

That looks sharp! Still interested in the longevity and durability of the plasti-dip.

I'm worried about my knees rubbing it off, but, what the Hell, its a $21 experiment.

The plasti-grip guys claim anywhere from 3 - 5 years and they're based in Florida. Who knows if that's based on garaged cars or ones that are sun-baked 24/7.

Regardless, I'm planning an open-air dipping on at least one car this summer. Anyone interested in pics?

I agree though the bike and color look great.

I wonder what my VFR would look like with this stuff, maybe with a custom mixed orange...

You guys should check out the metallic and pearl clear coats. Couldn't get that through Ace Hardware, but those are next to try out.

Looks good. A local company is doing this now, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get my car dipped later in the year.
