Probably the same Mountie that passed by my house in October. He was likely on his way to Vancouver. . .

We are having a family reunion in June, in Magnolia MS. I'm very curious what the crime situation is there. Damn crickets will probably keep me awake.

you know you're in a tough neighborhood when they teach high school in the police station!
Actually, the Compton school district had either the largest police force or second largest police force in the state, if I recall, and all armed, not rent-a-cops. Murders were not uncommon.
I came home the other day, there were several parked on my street. Cars occupied and running. I checked back periodically. About 30 minutes after I came home, they all departed at a fairly high rate of speed, different routes, no lights. They definitely had a purpose, I have no idea what it might have been but clearly orchestrated.

I though I was special, but I noticed the same pattern was tagged on the street itself a few blocks up. I think they realized my shared driveway would show up better on google maps. I thought about pouring some gasoline on it & lighting it up to burn off the oil, but... city folk.... gangs are ok, but gasoline fires are somehow bad.
So who painted on your driveway? The cops or the perps. Etherway it would go away if it were me. The perps marking you or your neighbors or the cops marking you without permission. I would call it grafiti.
