I was about to write a different comment until I re-read the ad and realized it was $500,000 not $50,000 like I originally thought, which is also insane.

What. The. berkeley.

Thread over.

You couldn't pay me $500k to come take that POS off your hands look at my postings on other threads about these cars to know how horrible they are! This guy could pay me $500k to come kick whoever would take this as a serious ad in the balls for the same outcome as taking owner ship of the car!

And 70k miles. It would be one thing if it were a zero mile example. Still not justification, but at least a better story.

1969 MGB, needs floorboards and body work.

$1000 is fair, but "Will trade for 240Z/260Z/280Z" is what gets this to delusional range. Severely rusted out nonrunning least-desirable 260z were going for $2k fifteen years ago.

It's ten million dollars now. It's moving faster than Bitcoin.

Hard to find Seller says hard to find, there's a reason for that. However, there were 6 other Vegas in the CL before his, not so hard to find.

Not a craigslist ad, and since it is bidding, I guess it reflects the actual value, but that is a hell of a lot of money for an inop flood car.

Never used copart before but the status of bid says never bid, which I assume no one is touching that thing at $50K. That sure is a lot of damn money for that, I know it's half off MSRP but that would scare the hell out of me.

Older GMC dump truck - $1200

Hmmm... I wonder what it looks like. Could be an older truck used on a farm or something?

NOPE. Just a pile of scrap that doesn't include the scrap on top.
