Nazis deserve whatever comes to them. You are now, and will forever be, my hero.
This leaves me with visions of Bette Midler singing about Poopy...

I don’t think you are gonna pull up that mesh in the Spring. It will be embedded in the grass and growth.
Oh yeah. Duh.

Oh trust me, I thought about it as a reward for all my trouble, but I was beat & wanted to go home.

Now it's stuck in my head. Thanks a lot.
Still envious. It's on my bucket list to own a piece of property where I can go fishing in my back yard.

There’s 31 acres for sale just up the creek!
Unimproved land can be 5 grand up, desireable land 10 and up, cleared with utility's 25 up. Poop's 31 acres is likely a good deal. I am Just East Of Ellijay on 411 and am paying 5 an acre with Owner Finance, I wanted to move to Suches, but a friend offered me This.

All the better to hold everything together.
In reply to jharry3 :
Right. That’s the point- it’s what it’s supposed to do. But Poopie suggested pulling it up.

If/when you do plan to move, let us know. I'm still looking for land about that size in Pickens or Gilmer County.

I have a place in Suches. Maybe we need to talk about a 3 way deal
I got nothing. The mat is supposed to stay in place. It’s usually used on slopes, banks, etc that don’t get mowed.
Looks good!
In reply to poopshovel again :
No actual experience with the erosion mat, but maybe set the mower higher?
*NOW* ya tell me! And thanks.
I figure I’ll look for any spots that have lifted & re-stake if necessary, then hit it with the push-mower, as it’s easier to un-fornicate if something gets twisted.
Plant blueberry bushes all over where you had the erosion mat. Leave a few paths through them.
Never mow again, enjoy your blueberries.
