excellent tip! according to a couple different vin lookup sites, vehicle was never reported as stolen but may have a salvage title.
looks like it was in a wreck before, some of the front end support (well forward of any steering and suspension) was jb welded together lol
Hillclimbs I participate in don't care about titles. That's a non issue. Rally cars need to be registered for the street which may or may not require a title in your state dependant on the age of your car.
