I was using the good ole disposable model D60 with the 18-55mm lens it comes with. I haven't had motivation to do much either when it comes to shooting. This whole being an adult/college grad and not being able to find a job sucks, women troubles, etc. It took 4 of my friends showing up at my house to get me out and one of them to convince me to shoot, to actually shoot lol.
Amazing what that combo can do huh? D40 can do just as well. Funny thing is I have seen people take better shots with the D40/60 body cameras than some do with the D700 you mentioned earlier. Its not the gear its how you use it.
i use a nikon d60 myself with the stock leanse
