Looks like it was a tribute to the boxer Panch Villa who died in 1925. My Pops was a boxer as well.
My cousin's son was talking about West Point as soon as he could talk. Graduated top 20 in his class, went to Ranger school, now stationed in Alaska. He loves it!!
