I didn't realize there were any sportscars in the "Boulevard" set. I passed a discount bucket of them in an Ingles grocery yesterday just because I saw the title card.

OTOH, not many folks in Acworth, GA like sports cars..I'll see what's left tomorrow.

Be on the lookout for a Triumph TR6 as well.

This is an old one but didn't see anyone post it, I have a different TR6 than the boulevard one and also picked up an R34 GT-R today: Uploaded from the Photobucket iPhone App Uploaded from the Photobucket iPhone App I'm now driving out of my way to goto different walmarts, biglots and k-marts on my way home!

Ha! Not a teabagged Mustang, either. Keeping on-topic, picked this up a couple days ago: Travis, I found the Black Laguna Seca a couple months ago. I think there's a silver version starting to turn up now.

Sad face. I had a real '79 Lil Red for about 5-6 years, fun stuff!

Damn. Sucker for an old Toyota. Must go shopping this weekend.

Just got a couple of the hachis myself. They're SUPER cool in person.

My collection so far:

Scions on the top row.

2nd row mostly tuners and imports. Also the MR2's.

Bottom row for rally cars, go karts, and miscellaneous.

Top of cabinet for my big xB and Lil Red. (I had a '79 Lil Red once.)

And I even have my girlfriend's Element (that I asked about using to tow my MR2).

Got one of these: Chrysler Turbine

(not my pic - much better than my old Sony can take)

I like the fact that it has a couple of styling cues for my '64 Valiant. In my mind, anyway.

It's unfortunately pretty disappointing. I was super stoked when I saw mine on the shelf, since I'm in love with the real 918 after seeing the RSR in person last year, but the HW kind of sucks. Really simple, low detail, and doesn't really capture how stunning the shape of the car is. I hope they eventually do one with the top on, or maybe even the RSR.

Stopped at Target on the way home for a couple Xmas gifts, took a walk down the Hotwheel aisle.
Scored the two old Toyota's others have posted, an '85 Honda CRX, and finally got the Cars2 rallycar since it was 1/2 off.

Wow. Found this thread and I finally can prove to my wife that I'm not the only one that has an obsession with these things!

Been accumulating HotWheels (and other cheap things with wheels) for a long, long time. As of a count last summer I've got damn near 4000 of the little buggers stashed away, all but a few dozen still in their packages. Here are a couple pics of a few I'm actually allowed to display in the house. I have a picture on my phone of several hundred on a table during my last count, but have no idea how to post that here.

Anyway, really, really glad to know I'm not alone.

Picked up the 918 and a red Boxster Spyder that I thought I didn't have. Got home and found out that I've already got 4 Boxster Spyders in red...

on the subject of accidentally buying duplicates, has anyone tried the QR code app that they offer to track your collection? Scan the code and it automatically loads to your phone....

I use a program a collector developed called Die Cast Database.

This appears to be a recently updated version. The site I used is now down.

Then, the hard part becomes getting everything input.
