Red Porsche cartoon?

Does anyone remember a sketch or something on Cartoon Network about a guy who dreamed of owning a (I believe) 356 Porsche in red? He had a tricycle that he washed and parked on his driveway, always with the rear backwards because that's the best way to park a nice car. I want to find that cartoon but can't :/

1990's Cartoon Network Shows

Side note: CN in the 90s was awesome. Pirates of Dark Water (sadly unfinished), Outlaw Star, Tenchi, Kenshin, DBZ, Swat Kats, and Gundam Wing.

I guess I know where my taste in TV shows comes from.

I didn't watch many of the CN shows from that era, but the memories that do stick out are of the cool Toonami CG commercials and their thumping drum-n-bass music. No red Porsches, though.
