Stomach cancer took a guy that I could listen to just about anything he cares to talk about.

This is the video I saw last night (also saw a VINWIKI vid this morning). I didn't know at that point that he has actually passed, I thought he was signing off. I hoped he was going to be on camera, but then I realized that I don't want to see/remember him frail and sick. The all text video was very touching and fitting.
I'm going to be honest here. I was conflicted about Rabbit. He was very openly a used car salesman - he had no qualms about hustling a sale. That's a personality trait that I've never really been too fond of. That said, he seemed genuine and his videos were nothing less than captivating. Even knowing that I didn't like "that kind of guy" I thoroughly enjoyed his videos.
Of course, i wouldn't wish cancer on the slimiest of salesmen, let alone a guy who seemed to be a good dude. Rest easy Mr. Pitts and thank you for the enjoyable content.

I've watched some videos as FB or YT serves them up to me. In that mixed emotion that you expressed, yes, he always struck me as a guy who you want on your side of the negotiation table, not on the other side.
In reply to Motojunky and John Welsh :
I totally get that. I did find his 'art of the deal' to be interesting, but had he not been such a huge gear head, I don't know if I'd have liked him.
