Saw a Nissan GT-R yesterday.

A good dozen showed up at Cars N Coffee here in MD the other day.

I like them, they are just soooo capable.

A friend is driving one for the second year in the One Lap, and his comment was basically it was the best car he's ever driven. He used to be a professional racer and has driven a lot of high end cars, and instructed at Porsche and Ferrari club events, so he has a good judgment base. Personally, I don't think they are the best looking cars, but I'd like to find out for myself if they rate the "best driving car" status!

they are great capable cars... but yes, they do nothing for me. I would rather have the R34 GTS I saw down from Canada a couple of years ago.

I love them. If I would buy new, I would throw the coin down for that before any other car.

Wonder what it'd take to "re-body" one, like Pininfarina did with the P4/5?

I was driving the Mini on my first drive in it (to the dentist, of all places...) and passed a Noble. Got an enthusiastic thumbs up from the driver.

I'd rather have one of those than the GT-R
