It's a while since we've had a SE Michigan meet up. I kept promising people I would post and organize one late last year but I never did.
So how about it guys (& gals?). What about next week sometime, or if that's too soon the week after?
Two proposals. First we just meet at a bar, have a few drinks some food and a general BS session. Second, similar to the first, but after the libations and BS we could catch the movie 'Focus' It's got Indy car racing dubbed with high revving NA engine sounds. It's got Margot Robbie as the leading lady, and after seeing all of her in the Wolf of Wall Street I'll go and watch anything she's in 
it's also got Will Smith which I'm reliably informed by my straight female and gay make friends is almost equal opportunity eye candy for them.
So, royal Oak offers plenty of good bars and the Emagine theater, or if we want to take pity on those poor souls who don't live close to the center of action we could head out to Novi, meet at the Tilted Kilt then hit the Emagine there instead.
I vote for either Tuesday the 10th, or Tuesday the 17th.

I take it that from Dexter you're more interested in a Novi meet up than a Royal Oak / Birmingham meet up?

I could be convinced to meet somewhere. I bounce between Adrian and Rochester these days. What about karting at JDs in Novi?
In for the meetup, but not really interested in that flick. I don't think the racing is a big part of it.
I may be able to make it. Won't know for another day or two to be sure.
Also, there is a small swap meet in Waterford at the CAI building on the 14th. Mainly domestic V8 stuff but who knows what you may find handy. 8am-2pm.
I don't recommend the 17th unless you want to fight the St. Paddys day crowds.

I haven't seen a web site, just a flyer at the parts store. It is a yearly thing so I am sure of the place and time.
