Is it just me, or is this a bad idea?
The only way that could have more fail is if it was made to be mounted over the airbag.
Then, after the inevitable accident the ingenious buyer can have bluetooth permanently implanted in their face

I think all those gizmos should also be fitted with a boxing glove that goes straight for the driver's nuts when the airbag goes off. That way he KNOWS he's in for a world of pain if he has an accident while gizmoing.
For women you could just aim it a bit higher up.

I don't like people driving while on the phone, and I never do. That said, I realize there will always be idiots, and these bluetooth things help. I don't have a problem with sync or anything else like this, I have a problem with mounting it on the steering wheel. What do you do in a panic situation? I doubt you could do a slalom with this thing.
