My entire family still loves to watch the original TG, the new one, not so much. Although my daughter loved when Sabine made Evans puke at Laguna

The new show is not as good as it could be mainly because it is trying to be the old show. The old show was already past its "Best before" date to start with.
The lack of innovation( and I don't mean the actors) in the TV production world is hard to believe. It is not just the BBC either.
The answer is to put The Stig in the driver's seat and build the entire show around that weird and unique persona. I would love to see The Stig speak volumes about the products they sample, while never uttering a word.
