Contains the trifecta of unobtanium:
4WD Turbo Diesel Manual Transmission
Why do I want one of these death traps so badly?
I'll sell you mine. Not any of the above, but it is a dumbed down US Delica. I want one of those in the worst way!!!

STOP, OKAY!!! JUST STOP!!!
Here's another one I would really like. A Toyota Land Cruiser ZX.
This one has a 6-Cylinder Turbo Diesel with a 5-speed. Drool worthy.

Stoppies!
Approach parking space at a high rate of speed and turn the wheel a moment or two before slamming on the brakes. The rear of the vehicle lifts and you pivot on the front tires then deftly land in said parking spot. Get out like nothing happened...or take a bow, whichever seems funnier at the time.

I want this car, mostly because of this chase scene.

Hmm, wonder where the turbo is hidden.
I only tell people interested in cheap performance cars to buy JDM. They are so cheap in Alberta it's stupid. $6k gets you a 60,000km WRX from 1993-1995. No rust whatsoever, maybe a bit of body damage.
Only issue is cruise is rare. But I loved my STi for the 6 months I had it. If I were to buy another, it would definitely be a 1995 STi Type RA (DCCD and close ratio 5 speed). Best car I've ever owned.

I would LOVE to own a Eunos Cosmo.
$7700 USD. Damn.
Hate the wheels, like everything else.

those deathtraps are pretty awesome looking..
Wonder if you could do that with a Syncro Vanagon and a TDI engine?
I don't care about Skylines unless they're from the 70s.
What I do like are:
Yes. I am weird, with a horrible obsession with anorexic cars. GTRs weigh 3300 lbs. Bleh.
It's funny. I used to think GTR's were heavy, but in today's carscape, 3300lbs is svelte! A neighbour has a Suzuki Cappuccino for a daily driver and loves it.

was going to post that one with the exact same expression.

Yeah, my mindset seems to refuse to update with the changing times. I'm also turns off by hype and fanboism. And that I just straight don't find Skylines as attractive looking cars...again, since the 70s.
But I would love a Cappuccino, or the Alto Works. Alto weighs less, or about the same if you have AWD...and is more "useable".... Cappu is just....awesome though...but more expensive.
Tough call :/

Yes, but they start at about $30k and go up from there. And syncro vanagons are usually badly rusted even at that price.
I actually saw a 2 door convertible version of that land cruiser in san francisco last week. Weird.
