Taking my Captains License USCG , I am also upgrading to the Master class. We charted all weekend Chesapeake Bay and the Long Island sound . I will mostly do Eco and Manatee Tours . The only time I have ever been close to sea sick, was on a poorly tuned diesel sport-fisher, with too big props. There was a haze of black smoke flowing into the cockpit, for the 2 hours it took to get to the gulf stream. I was very nearly chumming for fish, by the time we got out there. Lucky for me the wind picked up and it wasn't a problem on the trip home.

Master Upgrade with Towing endorsement has been completed and passed . I do not begrudge anyone studying or testing that is in the school system . Vocational or intellectual . If you have goals you can achieve them .

Ok as I sit here My Official certification came in the post today . I now have my Merchant Mariner Credential in hand (Captain License ). I cannot tell you how this feels as I know some of you may be in school and studying hard or have received a degree . I could say with a very happy heart how good it feels ! Never let your dreams out live you . Dreams can become reality some hard work and some support from your friends or family . No big deal just some sacrifice and you start to feel it .
