Left the house this morning at 5:40, little light snow on the ground. 10 miles south, Holy E36 M3.
I came up a hill at 70 mph and as I broke the crest there were 8 cars off the road, one upside down and everything was a sheet of ice. In the next 15 miles I saw another six victims, one planked nose first into a guard rail.
Global warming my ass.
Got a foot of snow after a 70° day. berkeley you, Al Gore!
Today is predicted to be in the 80's and sunny.

The plural is, "springs."
I was going to make a joke about being "unsprung", but googling that term showed me that not all unsprung weight is ugly

[pretty, although I think motor-in-wheel is better suited to a bus or a truck]

Frozen puddles here in SE PA this morning... joy...
27F, snow flurries and wind here in NE PA. High of 37 for the next two days... then 65 on Thursday.
It's the CIA and their infernal weather machine.
64 degrees in overcast Texas today. High of 74 today with a chance of rain (yeah right). Tomorrow the high is supposed to be 55 with a chance of showers (again, yeah right). We haven't had measureable rain in about 6 months.
We clearly don't have enough global warming going on right now.
I know I put my snow blower away too soon.
About an inch here, expect it to melt by afternoon.
I can only hope.
I don't care. I am putting on my drysuit if I have to and jumping in the lake Friday to go sailing.
They are showing surface temps at 49 degrees. Shouldn't be that bad

Thank you. I was biting my tounge......usually do when this topic comes up.
Spring is in full force here. We also got maybe an inch and half of snow this Winter. Ticked me off. I wanted a blizzard or three.

We could have done with a bunch of those, too. Got some early winter storms but it's been another dry winter and now it's well springy out here. Not good given that we get the majority of our precipitation in the winter months.
