I've got several antiques that I'm working on restoring. One thing that's always impossible to find are the various stickers and decals they have. Anyone have a suggestion for a place they've used to get stickers recreated? None of them are huge, and most (but not all) are single color.
Your local sign shop?
Waterslides? I think you can do that with an inkjet.
As noted you can get specialty paper for inkjet to make decals. You can use common sticker paper (inkjet or laser) to create solid color (or white background) stickers. I have done this for a few stickers, and the hold up very well. It looks like there is a vinyl option out there also. I would suggest clear coating them to improve durability, if needed.
The trick at that point is designing the sticker. It can also be fun trying to cut them out if they have a complicated (normally die cut) shape.

They have tons of vintage stickers and do custom jobs, but they're in the UK so I don't know how long it takes/what it costs.
