Hope is not lost... my boy (11) helped crew for me this weekend at NJMP. I beamed when he ran out on the grid to pull the pin to the fire bottle and help cinch the window nets.

Yeah, I totally misted up today when my boy, all of 4 years-old, told the lady cutting his hair that he wants to be a Formula 1 driver when he grows up.
Ah, the joys of parenthood.
