Just push the clutch in and let it bounce off the 'd' limiter until you can get it safely to the side of the road.

No matter how many times you push the d your keyboard won't shut off. You have to press and hold d for 3 seconds before the keyboard will stop running.

my "old school" wired key board works fine, like a throttle cable. Those new-fangled wireless ones are whats giving you trouble. New tech isn't always better tech.
