The guy was tasered for great justice, as you can tell from my thread title. You seem to be looking for a fight. 3) I would prefer that they used a firearm in this situation. Repeatedly. To the area below the forehead but above the chin. 4) Sometime the cops have to arrest someone. Sometimes the cops get to be the good guys. But most guys are cops for the wrong reasons and most of the time the cops I deal with are lazy A-holes. And I deal with them every week, in lots and lots of cases. "Yeah, I didn't bother writing up a police report when I found that woman in the street bleeding from the headwounds her husband inflicted on her... she didn't speak english so I didn't think she'd want to press charges anyway." Good call, officer. Great call. Officer of the year caliber.
  1. I now see why you are so opinionated, "What do they call 50 attorneys at the bottom of the ocean?"

  2. When has an attorney ever cared about a accused getting away from the police. You might want to learn to express your written word more clearly counselor. The guy got away because the police let go of him prior to tazing, which they do to avoid getting shocked themselves. Have you ever undergone tazing to see what it does, it is not fun, you can build a resistance if you know what to expect, but you will not be able to keep you wits on your job, the suspect had no such issues and as you are well aware people with mental issues or drug problems can shake off what would disable a normal person.

  3. What sort of person wants to see the police pistol whip anybody, there was no threat to justify a firearm, maybe one who seeks to sue the department. Really that is an ignorant thing to post.

  4. Most cops are not bad guys, they are regular working stiffs doing a difficult and violent job to the best of their ability with limited support from their superiors and less from the community. Very few are actually corrupt. What a surprise to find an attorney with a beef about cops.

Nice little shot at some unknown case there, want me to start on the attorneys who will not represent anybody without having them sign their house title over to them first. Or the attorney who gets a murderer off because of legal manipulation rather than by actually arguing innocence. Anyone can make statements about anyone on the internet, it doesn't make it the complete truth.
