If you're impatient I found it on Amazon as well. Can't remember if it was with prime shipping or not.I'll check when I get home.

I tend to lean towards class 3 looking crawler builds so my axle and tire choice would be alot different then what your looking for. Still hope to see you build it. RC is a fun hobby.

Found it: https://www.amazon.com/SODIAL-Off-Road-Military-Truck-Crawler/dp/B07DF9PWSD/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1528898370&sr=8-3&keywords=WPL+B16
Yes it is cheaply made, but the look is so right.
So I might have thought of another direction.
I suspect the Tonka body would not like landing on it's roof very well, and also be very prone to landing on it's roof.
Maybe more Bigfoot 1

Delivery is still estimated at mid-July, so patience needed. Definitely tempting...
Meanwhile, as I was sitting in my house, USPS left me a note as why they didn't leave my truck here instead of my truck.
Ok I'm impatient so when I called and found out I could go pick it up at the post office, I did.
Bed is in fact pretty bent.
Confirmed for too narrow for a full width SCX axle.
Cab and grill are pretty much all I'm using from this truck, so the rest is geting stored for when I decide this was a terrible idea and put the truck back together so it can be the shelf ornament it deserves to be.
In reply to Appleseed :
I'm going to try not to.

I think I'm going to use an older dump bed, but yes I agree.

It measures right at 5.5" across the front fenders.
Alright, here's my thoughts on a recipe:
WPL C16 kit and yank the wheels:
make some 5mm - 12mm wheel adapters: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBWQz-SGCx0
LaTrax tires should be about the right size: https://www.amazon.com/Traxxas-LaTrax-Teton-FRONT-WHEELS/dp/B00KANPG1A/ref=sr_1_1?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1528986541&sr=1-1&refinements=p_n_size_browse-bin%3A2232148011
Should get you somewhere close to this, then drop on your body:

Ok you've convinced me. Also I like the tiny Toyota with chrome 1.9s way more then I should.
EDIT: Found roughly what it would look like.

Probably have to ditch the front drive to make big-n-littles work, but that is awesome.
FYI, I'm already noticing you need to read the ads really closely on the 6x6. Some sellers have the kits, some have the ready-to-run version. I'm leaning towards grabbing a kit and using all my own electronics. I priced out a FlySky radio, receiver, and cheap ESC at around $40 a year ago, hopefully that is still about right.
In reply to slefain :
The kit comes with much softer tires and a better servo. I built a Tonka Jeep on a WPL. RC Tonka Conversion (8) by captaininsano1000, on Flickr" />
