We've got the Dewalt 20V Max Pole Saw, it has been super handy, and SWMBO has claimed it as hers. I bought her a hard hat and told her to have fun.
Smart man.
I'll also cop to having cut down trees with a sawsall.
Why bring an angle grinder to the yard instead of a sawsall that's quieter?
Bah, that's what the plasma cutter is for.

These would be great to get for the kids to tidy up around the yard! You'd have to get one for each kid or they'd fight over whose turn it was to use it.
With your first sentence, I went a completely different direction from where your 2nd sentence went. A more of a not-very-subtle-incentive-program kind of direction
I need one of these. There are plenty of jobs where dragging out the chainsaw would be a pain, but using the bow saw gets tedious after a while.
Anything's a dild...oh, maybe not this.

Somehow it scares me less than the chain-saw bladed disc for the angle grinder

^ That's *terrifying*. "How much cF can a saw chain take?" "I dunno, but let's find out!"
And more to the point (s) I ain't even gonna think about kickback with an angle grinder
Damn I just thought about it
