Hey, it's a good year for me. My NL team is the Cubbies and my AL team is the Tribe. First time in a while they are both competitive. I would love to see them play in the WS but I don't think that the Tribe can get it done on the road in the post season. They have had issues there this season.
Either way, This is the first post season in a while where I'll be really into it. Should be fun.
Red Sox won the AL East last night while losing. I'd love to see a Cubs/Sox series.
Our little team down here in Texas isn't out of the running either.

Yeah they're kinda hobbling into the postseason, but I'll take watching a dinged-up team getting a fighting chance to win three out of five and moving on vs. having my team already playing golf.

I can't wait for them to sign Wieters this off season and watch their starting rotation ERA go up by 1.5. That guy can't call a game to save his life. 0-2 count, sets up for a belt high fastball inner half.
Well, that was a pretty good pitching job, I'd say. Could have been done sooner without those double play balls...

Good night mets
I still have the Sox to root for and the Cubs to watch with interest.
There has been some really, really good pitching the last couple of nights. Well, good until the last inning.
Bumgarner is amazing.
Yeah, the Red Sox are sucking hard. David Price sucks the most. I really don't know why they paid so much money for this bum. They are going to really need some heroics to get back in this series, but since they were lazy to end the season, I doubt they can do it.
LOL redsox
I picked indians in april, sticking by it. It was much harder to pick the cavs in October last year, but i've called 2 championships so far this year, feeling pretty good about my prediction machine
Show me 2 pitching staffs more suited than postseason ball than the indians and cubbies.

Klubot > Price, or honestly anyone else. Playoffs I'll take him over bumgarner
Jays stand a better chance now that Price has gone to Boston. Weird, though. Last year in Toronto, he was one of the stars...until the playoffs. Then, he fell apart. I think its getting to be a complex with him now- if he doesn't win a game he starts soon, he may never manage it. And, it sure does look like he won't get another opportunity this season, unless Cleveland falls into a giant underground chasm.
That dreadlocked dude with the Giants deserved better than a loss last night, but the implication of that statement is that the Cubs pitcher deserved a loss...and that's sure not true.
With the O's out I now want the Cubs to lose the World Series in game 7 via a blown save by Chapman aided by an error by Fowler.
I'm giving the Jays better odds than I was two weeks ago. They had a sucktacular September, and haven't lost a game in October yet.

You're just nervous that you'll have to scrap the same old jokes that have been around for a hundred years for some new ones.

No, I'm not a fan of domestic violence and I loathe Fowler for the incident that occured during spring training this year (bitter Orioles fan).

I agree that chapman seems like a garbage human. But man can he fan hitters.
The fowler incident was interesting. Nothing was ever finalized or even all that close to it. Somebody on the O's side leaked info way too early.
In reply to mtn:
Oh I put the leak on Duquette and chalk it up as another failed outfielder experiment of his. Snider, Parra, De Aza, Lough. All traded prospects for and all failures with the club.
