It might be up for sale because of trademark issues, per wikipedia.

I'd rather have the '64 Coupe DeVille they have listed,
DANG Cooter—you win, that thing is disgustingly cheap for how decent it looks.

Buick Straight 8 cylinder. Did they ever set these up with multiple carbs? 8 SU carbs could look pretty awesome hanging off the side.
If I bought this for my wife she'd probably never talk to me again. Her parents had one and it turned her off Japanese cars forever. It was even that colour

Who needs a Caravan dump truck? Everybody does.

Pontiac straight 8s were flat heads to the end of production, the Buick was OHV prior to WW2. There may have been an earlier one in flat head, I'm not certain.
2WD late Samurai with EFI. It's probably the fastest factory Samurai spec, with no back seats, the revised anti-rollover suspension, and the EFI engine. I had a 1992 2WD. I've only seen a very, very small handful of these. Mine would hit the high pressure zone near the front of a semi on the interstate, and if you didn't have enough speed differential to break through and complete the pass, it'd just sit there. Still, 75 was doable if you didn't have a headwind, and would do 28MPG all day, even driving it like you stole it.
For $650, with an indicated 70,000 miles, it looks like an easy project to build out a summertime runabout, provided the hit is exclusive to the driver's door, and didn't bend the body and frame, and the passenger footwell tank situation isn't part of a terrible story. There's also a photo of a red Samurai with a carb'd engine and 4WD mixed in on the listing, but that isn't explained - a parts car?
Jowett ad is already down. Those cars were brilliantly engineered but had a weak gearbox. Very few parts in common with other cars, and coachbuilt bodies from two different suppliers.

For some reason I always assumed the Buick straight 8 were flatheads.
Nope! One of the only overhead valve inline 8s you can find, aside from rare bits from Dusenberg.
They're Siamese port and typically made ~150HP a just under ~300 lb/ft of torque. Rodder's didn't go for many, since the Ford Flat 8 was common and was FAR easier to shove under a hood- also, each rod is as thick as your own tibia. But there are tons of videos where people have shoved 4 carbs onto it, like this one!
