My MIL said the first time she called the guy said "could you call back I'm riding dirt bikes with the kids right now". My kind of business.

Efest 6 bay charger, a smok alien kit, calypso tank and a mini volt. Non vape related was a nerf gun and a new kershaw for every day carry.
A bunch of revlimiter Miata stuff - gauge faces, HVAC panel, and a shift knob. Really going to class up the interior of the miata come spring.
Just left sisters' house (ate SOO much I hurt), gifts included a new board game, a WWJCD window sticker , cash, spices, chocolates, and a 50 lb bag of frozen meat from the animals she and BIL raise. Deep freeze is gonna get stocked!

What would John Cooper do?

I also found out in passing that my wife gets a 30% discount on snap on purchases through her work. 2017 may be expensive...
A bunch of Under Armour and similar branded clothing to use at work.
Gift Cards
Pyrex
and a new DashCam I bought for me.

So, error #1 it has 24 different items.
Anyway, am I supposed to start with 1 (because Advent calendar) or 24 (countdown to Christmas)?
Edit to add: The cat won't tell me, because cat...
I also got a Ryobi 18v recip saw to replace my old one that's cut about a billion cuts for me including through a hundred or more feet of plaster ceiling. I hope the new one is as tough as the old one! It looks cooler and I like the tooless blade change.
Some new workout cloths, pokemon sun (love playing pokemon at work to pass the time) and money to help with bills and car parts. The girlfriend also bought new tubes for my amp so I can finally play it again!
Since CDMA is being phased out on January 31st (making my slide phone unusable), I ended up getting a very nice unlocked Android phone. Also, I opened my "gift to myself" that I bought on Black Friday, an SJCam 4000.

I was going to guess Johnny Cash?

2017 is going to be grate. Sorry
I got a new Lionel engine, a flat car with Happy Holidays in lights, a box car with my nieces and nephews picture on it, a Fiat 500 model kit, another Zippo hand warmer and heavy clothes for work. I've already started planing for next year's train layout.

Start at 1, work your way to passed out since advent is over and you can drink it all now.

Or is the sticker referring to Jeremy Clarkson?
In reply to mndsm:
I did start at 1. Stopped at 1 also. Looking at this as a way to try a bunch of bourbons and see which ones I enjoy sipping. Now I'm back to mixing the cheap stuff with cola.

Or John Coltrane?
My dad gave me the 1940 Winchester 94 I shot my first deer with many decades ago. I gave him a 1937 Luger rig. My FIL also gave me a Winchester. My sweet grandmother gave me the violin that belonged to my much loved and missed grandfather. She also gave me a delicate bronze horse statue of his that I played with as a wee.
It has been a nice Christmas. I got things this year rather than stuff and was able to give my dad something he's wanted for as long as I can remember.
Sidebar: John Coltrane is the best. Only recently did I learn that I grew up near his Long Island home.
Friend of the family worked at Sam Adams. Apparently there was an unsold bottle in the back.
Excited to try it.
I already posted this in another thread but I'll drop it here, too.
I got a bonus Christmas present today when I told my father in law (a retired machinist) that I was probably going to drive an hour away tomorrow to pick up a vise I saw on Craigslist. He said, "I got five of 'em, and I'm not using one, you can carry it home of you want."
Yes, please and thank you. I'm not sure what kind it is, yet, as I threw it in the back of the Subie before he could change his mind. I'll get a picture tomorrow, most likely.
I also got a Harry Dresden "Parkour" t-shirt.
We went fairly Spartan for Christmas for my wife and I this year.
I got a journal and a set of Garage Star door bushings for my Miata from my wife.
Some MtG cards from my oldest daughter, which she picked out.
A stuffed Snorlax from my 3yr old (apparently I bear a resemblance according to my kids)
An eBay gift card and a set of wheel sockets from my in-laws.
Not a bunch of swag, but I love all of it and had a great Christmas
Now to figure out what to buy for my NB with the eBay card
You'll need to log in to post.
