aren't rotarys/rotaries sp? pretty obnoxious with essentially no exhaust system.  Pretty sure even the fanbois on here have mentioned that. 

there are certain things around here that cue the Nissan hate however.

I was expecting a link to a Ken Block video.

When I saw the thread title I thought it would be a rotary with open-header exhaust, but then when I saw "sports tank" I knew it would be the Ripsaw

I would argue that a Hummer H2 is more obnoxious.  The tank is just a cool off-road toy.

So from the comments here, the most obnoxious vehicle possible would be an uncorked-rotary-powered Ripsaw with lots of garish chrome, spinner wheels, underglow, and plenty of suspension rake? Sounds about right.

If you could pull that off, you'd be a king of kings.
