Can we be done with 2015 now? Also, I made say what 2 months in a row.

You had to have been a Dodge dealer or in possession of a truly relentless drive to hit rock bottom to have owned 35 Neons.

It said Neons, not PT Cruisers

Buy them from insurance salvage, or people who have broken a timing belt, fix, clean, sell, pay for race program. I'm looking for the next thing now, though. They used to be a great deal when I could buy them for $300, hit Bucks auto parts for the correct color fender or a transmission, and sell them for $3000. They are too old now to be worth fixing...I'm down to my ITA roadracer, a ministock racer, an 02 R/T with SRT4 swap, and one for each daughter...and a couple of parts cars.
I've done some PT's as well- they sell easily to 60+ year olds. Not as easy to find cheap parts, though. Junkyards are crammed full of Neons.
Neons are getting scarce in junkyards around here, the 2000+ cars seem to be getting much more common, backing up my 12 year pick-a-pull rule.
for some reason, i reall want this. I don't cook, don't bake, and have never known about these before. but I still want it.

I have a friend who owned a Dodge dealership before he hit rock bottom.

A used Bridgeport probably costs, weighs, and installs (3 phase) about the same.

My Jet was 800#. I'd imagine a BP would be well over 1500#.
Can you imagine getting caught by that thing and sucked into the bowl.
No ties, no loose cloths.
That thing would mix cement and never notice.
On a side note, after the first night drive of the elky, the bmw projector conversion was well worth it. Damn truck has some good lights.
I like the way the projectors work, but not enough to do a conversion. Just about all my stuff is old fashion sealed beams and they work well enough for me.
I'll be asking you about those headlights when it comes time for the GMC, I remember your threads on that - good ideas.
Saw the result of a nasty accident in November where a pickup ran a light and smeared a Cadillac sedan (meanwhile I'm in my '83 civic with my 2-year old).
Now I'm all hot and heavy about crash safety, but I don't know a thing about anything post Y2K and when did new cars get so expensive!?
(newest car I've owned is a 1987. Up for my next car in 3-years according for SWMBO)
I almost ate an Elantra today on the way home. She blasted through a red while yacking on her phone.
Car prices are ridiculous, I'll just keep driving the same old crap watching out for the idiots.

Opertating one of these whilst drunk from the night before and running on 3 hours of sleep is a terrible idea. Almost lost.... uh....someone elses damn arm. Make a E36 M3load of cinnamon rolls like whoa, though.

Bring it on.
Even better, bring it to me and we'll do it together.

I have zero RACES planned this year. I is sad. I am trying to figure out where I can safely autocross and/or rallycross the Leaf to give it a going away present this year though.
