WE'RE A NEW CHAPTER 69.51A RCW COLLECTIVE GARDEN OPENING SOON IN SOUTH WHATCOM COUNTY

(Cannabis for Medical Use; MMJ; Medical Marijuana; Access Point; Dispensary)

WE NEED LOCAL FLOWER AND MEDIBLE PRODUCTS, WHICH MEANS WE NEED WHATCOM/SKAGIT/ISLAND COUNTY GROWERS WHO PRODUCE 8-10 ON A SCALE OF 10.

HERE'S THE THING. . .

IN ORDER TO BE A FULLY COMPLIANT COLLECTIVE GARDEN, THIS MEANS THAT WE NEED A WA STATE UBI NUMBER (UNIFIED BUSINESS IDENTIFIER) FROM EVERY SUPPLIER.

EVERY WHOLESALE VENDOR SELLING TO US NEEDS OUR RESELLER NUMBER, AND WE ALL NEED AN ACCURATE PAPER TRAIL (PURCHASE ORDERS & RECEIPTS) ON ALL TRANSACTIONS.

WE PREFER TO PAY BY CHECK, BUT WE'LL PAY BY CASHIER'S CHECK (NO CASH) UNTIL YOUR LLC/C-CORP/S-CORP/501(c)3/SOCIAL PURPOSE CORP/SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP HAS A BANK ACCOUNT. WE'RE AN ON-THE-BOOKS BUSINESS AND YOU MUST BE TOO.

WE'RE WELL AWARE THIS IS NOT HOW THE GRAY MARKET (CANNABIS FOR MEDICAL USE OR MMJ) CURRENTLY OPERATES. BUT COME ON IN -- THE WATER'S FINE!

DON'T FRET; THIS IS REALLY NOT AS BIG OF A DEAL AS IT SOUNDS -- IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND HOW TO AVOID THE LANDMINES, THAT IS.

DISCOURAGED? DON'T BE. OUR SEPARATE CONSULTING/TRAINING FIRM WILL HELP YOU, AND WE'RE OPEN TO ON-THE-BOOKS BARTERING OF PRODUCT AT ACTUAL MARKET VALUE IN ORDER TO PAY FOR OUR HARD AND SOFT COSTS IN GETTING YOU INTO COMPLIANCE.

WE'LL GET YOU COMPLIANT AND BUY YOUR INVENTORY! WE BOTH WIN. AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I-502 RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA LICENSES

ARE YOU ARE PLANNING TO APPLY FOR AN I-502 WASHINGTON STATE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD (WSLCB) RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA LICENSE -- PRODUCER (GROWER), PROCESSOR (ESSENTIALLY UBI THAT APPLIES THE TAX STAMP) OR RETAIL (STOREFRONT)???

IF SO, YOU HAVE A VERY SHORT WINDOW TO GET ALL YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW, I.E.:

  • ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
  • FINANCIAL CAPITALIZATION
  • BACKGROUND DISQUALIFIERS
  • ACCOUNTING/TAXATION ISSUES
  • DIRECT/INDIRECT FINANCIAL INTEREST ISSUES BETWEEN LICENSE APPLICANTS
  • PHYSICAL PLANT CERTIFICATE-OF-OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS (GROW SITE, COMMERCIAL KITCHEN AND/OR STOREFRONT)
  • TEMPORARY TAXATION "AMNESTY" OPPORTUNITIES
  • DEPT. OF REVENUE COMPLIANCE
  • INSURANCE/SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

AND ON AND ON AD NAUSEUM.

THE PATH TO OBTAIN A WSLCB MARIJUANA LICENSE IS MUCH MORE INVOLVED THAN YOU MIGHT THINK, AND THERE ARE SEVERAL TIME-CRITICAL SEQUENTIAL STEPS TO SUBMITTING A COMPLETE APPLICATION (WHICH ISN'T EVEN OUT YET) -- WITHIN THE SHORT 30-DAY WINDOW ALLOWED.

MOREOVER, DUE TO THE I-502 WSLCB RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA LICENSE HORSE RACE STARTING ON 15 SEPTEMBER 2013, VARIOUS FILING TIMES ARE BOUND TO ELONGATE AND BOTTLENECK, MAKING IT EVEN HARDER TO HIT THE APPLICATION WINDOW.

WE WILL HELP!

RSS is a provider of ancillary services to assist both existing pre-compliant marijuana entrepreneurs AND incipient aspirants in achieving and maintaining compliance with:

  • Washington State Liquor Control Board (WSLCB) I-502 Recreational Marijuana

And many, many more!

Are you really ready for this? The bad news is, "No you aren't!"

The good news is, "We are!"

If you didn't start the process weeks ago, you're already late. No kidding!

YOU TELL US WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH IN THE MARIJUANA INDUSTRY IN WASHINGTON STATE AND WE'LL PROVIDE A CUSTOMIZED ROAD MAP AND TIMELINE TO COME OUT OF THE SHADOWS, ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN BUSINESS COMPLIANCE AND CREATE A LEGITIMATE FINANCIAL LIFE GOING FORWARD -- WITH A PRODUCT THAT LITERALLY IS WORTH MORE THAN ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD. . .

OK OUTLAWS, IT AIN'T SELLIN' OUT; IT'S BUYIN' IN! THE ONLY WAY TO GO IS, "BUY INTO THE SYSTEM."

THERE'S NO CHARGE FOR ATTENDING THE MEETING.

THE MEETING WILL BE SCHEDULED WITHIN 7-10 DAYS OF THIS POST. EMAIL US FOR THE DATE, TIME AND ADDRESS.

MEETING WILL BE LOCATED IN SOUTH WHATCOM COUNTY AS SOON AS WE KNOW HOW MUCH SPACE WE'LL NEED, SO EMAIL AND/OR CALL EARLY.

Are the Feds on board with this? Last I heard the answer was "no", even in California.

Time to open a Dorito shack right up the road from the garden.

I'm waiting for the MJ to get legal in MN. I'm gonna open a pot shop, and a burger joint right next door. I'll be in business FOREVER.

With states getting their rights back as far as gay marriage, maybe that can get the ball rolling on other things like this. If gay marriage or legal pot bothers you so much, move to a state that doesn't allow it. (not directed at you doc)

I've never smoked pot, never appealed to me. However, I know it is helpful for a lot of people and really, I've never met an angry pothead. Hell, if I delivered pizza in a pot-allowed state, it'd be like christmas!

.....'cause people who smoke pot illegally are going to be willing to pay 3-5x more just to be legal. You know, because they would not want to be doing anything illegal or anything.

If you make the tax too high, people will continue to use the illegal product. "tax the berkeley out of it" always sounds like a decent plan, but it may not work out that way......we don't hear much about cigarette smuggling, but there's enough money in it to interest terrorists looking for funding.

I was just in SF last week and the smell in the air between Broadway and Clay on Kearney says otherwise.

Was at the drive in last weekend and a truck load of very rowdy pot heads were next to us. They were lighting up all during the movies. I thought it would be amusing to call up the sheriff (know him) and tell him to send some deputies over. I think it would have been HILARIOUS to have them pull up a squad car right behind them.

Tiff didn't want me causing trouble or interrupting the movies.

I figure they could just bust California at once if they wanted.

Before medical in MI got all berkeleyed up, there was a Hungry Howie's next door to the dispensary near my home town. I think it did quite well.
