What other explanation could there be? If you don't want the dead hookers in your garage to appear in your advert, try pushing your basket case Rover out to somewhere where there are no hookers instead of taking the photos anyway and doing this to them:

Maybe he is trying to avoid the inevitable, "The car is a bit on the steep side, but how much for the rusty lawnmower/ladder/air compressor/shelves/bicycle?" type of questions.
