So, an update.
I'm currently waiting on a package from UPS, so I just checked its status. And there's that map that shows the truck and your house.
Hey, our house isn't on that map, either. UPS uses Bing.
Just went to Bing's site and, yep, our house doesn't show on their map, either.
PS: In the time that it took me to write that post, looks like the UPS truck drove past our house and went towards the far corner of the neighborhood.
Womp, womp.
Unrelated, but I noticed today that Google Maps recently created a street view of my alley. I've never seen that before, I thought they just did streets.

Google Maps recently redid our street. For some reason (maybe related?), they blurred out the trees above our garage.
The most likely reason your house does not appear on apple maps is that you have a vehicle in your garage with an electrical system by Lucas.
Not called the Prince of Darkness by mistake.
Clearly your house used to be a CIA black site.
