And, sorry, “Roxy pill” isn’t a password. It’s just a reminder to give someone her pill.

Good band name, though.

Got to see them open for Lamb of God and Job for a Cowboy YEARS ago. They put on a hell of a show.

Totally am. Thank you and much honored.

And Cypress Hill dropped today. NPR Tiny Desk is one of the few YouTube channels I check multiple times a week. If it's an act that I've never heard of, I find something interesting, intriguing and often very enjoyable. If it's an old favorite, the stripped down organic nature of it allows me to hear them in a different way. It's a roughly half hour escape with each release

In reply to Captdownshift (Forum Supporter) :  Yeah they really cover almost anything very very well, always entertaining. Cypress Hill also featuring another local RVA group No BS Brass Band on horns!

It's really cool to see how many of us have similar music tastes.

I agree! It's a great way to get exposed to the real essence of a band and you can really see if they're actually good musicians, or just hiding behind studio production (and the Tower of Power Tiny Desk Concert from a few years ago is one of my favorites - even "stripped down", that band still brings the funk!)
