That my carburetted truck does not have an O2 sensor. '84 S-10 V6. Or at least I'm pretty certain it doesn't. Back to Autozone for a refund.

TIL that a bald eagle will eat the dead woodchuck in our field. Too bad its not brighter out as I could have got a grainy photo.
I recently learned something unusual about bald eagles...
A mating pair was circling over my house. They climbed until we could barely see them, then did their thing.
They mate in mid air. The female rolls over (back to the ground- she can't fly like that), and the male holds her prone in his talons. They mate while they crash toward the ground.
Talk about a thrill ride!
The passenger frame rail on an S-10 is different from the driver frame rail. For jackstand placement.

Now I know my answer to the "if you could be any animal what would you be" question. I'd be in like flynn with no chance of hitting the ground.
TIL that when a Maytag/whirlpool dryer says F-01 error code, it doesn't mean you really have to replace the $322 control board. A little cleaning, a little soldering and you can be back drying clothes in a half hour. Seems like a common problem with a bad solder joint on the motor start relay. Fixed by inserting an inch of wire to bypass the blown up PCB trace.
Following the southern migration of birds, is not bird brained. 4 Noreasters in March, kinda tipping the scales.
Appleseed said:TIL that it's possible to work 40+hours in 3 days.
When we moved shop last August, we closed at noon on Friday. Then started moving until 8-9pm. Then worked 8am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday, just moving and setting up to some sort of functionality for Monday morning at 8am.
We did it.
TIL that some Italian stunt driver is going to compete in Formula Drift with a twin-supercharged Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano.
TIL that Honda Customer Service is going to goodwill a TSB for me even though the extended warranty expired 3 months ago. It's a $2600 job.
