Sad to hear, I used to listen to it many years ago.
Are there still any shows like that on the radio?
Apparently there are so popular that NPR has been rebroadcasting their old episodes for a few years now.
There is a show on in LA on Sunday mornings called The Motorman Show. Not as funny, but seems to have decent info:

FWIW, you can get Cartalk (the re-edited old versions now) as a podcast, you don't need to hunt down a radio at the right time of day.
Sad to hear the new, but it makes sense why they retired the show a couple years ago. :(
I've listened to them since I was a toddler. Love their laughs, and love their love of life.
In reply to Curmudgeon:
Is that a pic of the "Black Beauty"?
I still hear them on the radio, a real joy on long road trips.
RIP Click.....

He was Click, per the MIT commencement address.

Their show was one of a very small number of Shows on TV/Radio/Web that I honestly LOL every time! R.I.P.
The Brothers also voiced Rusty and Dusty Rust-eze in the 2006 pixar classic "Cars".
They even had a short lived cartoon in 2008 called "As the wrench turns". I caught a couple of episodes.
He still seemed so bright and smart in 2012 when they retired. It was just 2 years. Hard to believe it moved that fast.
Enjoy the great Dodge Dart in the sky, Tom! You will be missed down here.

Keep in mind that the show wasn't aired live -- they recorded the calls ahead of time and then put them together into a show.
FYI. Ray will be doing a show in honor of Tom today/this weekend
