Lesley, please enlighten this native of the Southern US...I've heard of the salt, but never about the calcium. Does that do the same job as the salt, or something else?
And what does caked on calcium do to the car? Many of the older cars I care about were not sold in great numbers down here-often the only examples of things I'd like to bring home are from northern climates. I went looking (online) for 16v VW A2s the other day, and there were no Southern cars at all...
