Yuba City.... That place was rough in the early 90's, can't imagine how it looks after the last 6 or 7 years. I'm honestly amazed it was low as it is.
Bakersfield is kind of disheartening. I was hoping to go out there in April to visit my grandfathers grave site. Was debating a road trip, but maybe fly and rent might be a better option.
