so we've got Dr. Who on top gear this week
also they've got a pretty kewl bit on saabs :)
Cool. Do you know which episode number that is?
I want to steal it from the internet, but I'm not up to date this season.

^^ There's a list like that for just about every show in existence too.
I couldn't pay attention during that interview, due to the incredibly cute blonde they had standing just off his left shoulder. They always freaking do that. Plus I've never seen that show so I didn't pay that much attention anyway. The episode was alright, and despite my feelings about Saabs, that segment was very well done.

The show actually has people who put the cute ones in camera shot.More shows should do that.
I liked the episode. I was a bit sad that they wrecked that E30 though...
Matt Smith is one of my favorite doctors ever, and he seems like he would be a neat dude to hang out with for a day. I also liked the fact that Jezza was poking fun at his hairdo. Has he looked in the mirror lately?
Saab stuff was cool, and I liked the Skoda Super 2000 car. I guarantee they would have won if Hammond had been a navigator instead of screaming ballast!
The bit with Clarkson and James in the SAAB was fun because it was real, unscripted banter. They really did seem to be having a good time. James' abortive attempt to explain water injection was classic.
Does anyone else find it funny that Dr. Who views a 90's 911 as "older"?
considering Matt Smith is only 28? He would view a 911 that is the same age as him as older.. just as I consider an early 70s 911 to be older

I'm fairly certain I want that guy's job.
Yeah, they say that if you want to not be at the back of the crowd you need to show up with a cute girl. I've heard that they will move your entire party forward, putting the girls in front.

It is older. 13-22 years old would be considered older in car terms--especially the early 90's ones, they didn't have any nanny systems and (to me) have the feel of a classic. Not old, but certainly older.
I guess I look at it over the full range of production. A 1995 911 is closer in age to a new one than a 1963 model

That's the great thing about 911s. I consider one from the 60s as older...

Maybe I am weird for a 23 year old but when I hear old, I think per 1980.
