u haul box truck pricing

hey been seeing alot of u haul trucks for sale on the side of the road , I fell into one $300 plus tow front brake line is bad . What is average price for ford E-250 van diesel 16 ft box w/overhead compartment 1990 ish ,,, 210 k thanks

I have driven enough Uhaul trucks to know that they are beaten to E36 M3, get no maintance, and you generally do not want one

I've gotta think it's worth 300 bucks. I agree they aren't maintained worth a crap. I remember driving a big one (24' box?) that had a gas engine. Ran with a dead miss in one cylinder. That thing went through a tank of gas in like one hour. U-Haul is an absolutely miserable way to rent a truck. But they do tend to be cheapest. I wonder why?
