Every bathroom should have one.
I do not know if I would want one in the house, they do tend to gather a smell. Out in the shop, that's fair.
Every home whether it be a 3br house, one bedroom condo, efficiency/studio apartment, micro dwelling needs at minimum 1.5 baths.
Even if you live alone.
Saw some nice ones in Naples; huge, heavy marble about 6ft. tall, the floor was 1" white octagon tiles with maroon grout. But no, not in the house.

You should only have .5 less bathrooms than bedrooms, or have more bathrooms than bedrooms. Because when the whole family gotta E36 M3! And it will happen....

Women have it easy. They just sit down and they are properly aimed.
Men on the other hand have a sometimes floppy "member" that may or may not be properly aimed. In addition men have, er uh, blood surplus in that member which entirely changes the aim of it. Then too there can be temporary blockage giving an initial squirt in an unintended direction.
Plus we have different anatomical shapes. For example if I am seated on a toilet seat, mine is precisely aimed at the slight opening under the seat. Pushing it down only results in a lower bounce shot off the bottom of the seat and then onto the floor.
SWMBO won't allow me to install a urinal, saying they are gross, embarrassing etc. instead she would rather complain about the need for frequent cleaning. By the way she's all in favor of a bidet.

As the owner of a 1 bath home, can confirm. It is unlivable over the long term. I wish I were joking.... Never buy a 1 bath home, you have been warned.

Baloney.
I spent a lot of years with janitorial responsibilities in multiple facilities- schools, offices, medical facilities, etc. Women's rooms are ALWAYS worse.
I have no clue why.

Don't you have a bush?
Apparently that's not been, uhhh, in style for the last decade or two.

Bidets are great! I have one of those bidet toilet seats, the amount of TP saved plus how clean you get is totally worth it. No skidmarks inside this house.

We have ONE toilet in the firehouse, and no urinals.
Regardless of whether it’s before or after the fire, this is less than optimal.
