I'm going to get hell for this, But go to Disney. As an adult, I think I had more fun than my six year old. Incredible shows, food, fireworks, rides, etc. I could skip magic kingdom and just spend days in Epcot. If also like to do cape Canaveral and the studio thing. Just so much cool E36 M3 crammed in that part of that state.
Not only did we JUST do Disney in October, I did Disney twice a year for 18 years starting at age 3. Helps when your Great Grandmother has the keys to all the snowbird's trailers in St Cloud and stayed year-round. So Florida is really done for me.
Again, I've been in every state in the Union, seen 90% of what I want to see here. The things left are just a few 3-4 day weekends for me. I'm ready to stretch my wings and see more things than the US.

Take a nice, week long vacation to Lincoln Nebraska in September. I hear that's a good time to check out the place.
That is already happening. Header is on it's way from Korea. Cat will be ordered this coming week. Polyeurethane for mounts will be sometime this weekend and the dyno tune will happen in March. All that's left is tires and entry fees.... and a sucker for a co-driver!
I'd like to recommend some really interesting things up here, but I know how much you hate Canadians, so I don't think it would work out.
Corsica or Cyprus during a historic rally weekend.

I've seen most of the things in Canada that interests me. Alaska has a few gems left though...

Hit me up if you can't find a codriver. My codrive from this year that took me to the podium in HS got totaled, so I'm farming for another codrive. I likely have a seat in an AS z06, but he may not have the car fully prepped by then. And if I can't do it, there are several fast drivers from both Kentucky regions looking for drives, so we can find you a good tire warmer for sure!
