Massive flooding in some parts, with around 200 people dead, lots of infrastructure and property damage.
Stuttgart and Munich are completely fine(little bit of rain, but usually sunny), but Nurburgring is surrounded by flooded areas.
I'd recommend visiting Schwarzwaldhochstraße - about an hour away from Stuttgart, and it is really nice to drive there.
