You were warned. Continue at your own risk. I will not be responsible for hurt feelings or bad attitudes.
I try to stay out of the right/left arguments. I don't usually start political threads, but sometimes things make you go, Hmmm. I would like some honest input.
I came across this on another board. It was posted by someone in Costa Rica. My first instinct is to call BS, but I try to keep a reasonably open mind.
I would like a reasonable discussion if possible. I know it's a lot to ask at times.
I have done no research beyond watching the video.
Watch it and share what you think.

That was my thought as well. Grain of truth as well?
I have no good argument so I just posted a funny pic instead.
I'm pretty sure I heard a black helicopter over the house while I was watching that.

I guess that means they will be picking me up this afternoon for a ten year talk. It's not like they have to charge you with anything to hold you any more.
Well, it was nice knowing you Toyman!

I think the flock of geese that just passed overhead are wearing wires. Where can we talk privately?
The real beauty of any conspiracy theory is that anyone who does not believe in the conspiracy automatically becomes part of the conspiracy.

What did I just watch?
as far as I can tell they are saying there is a world war happening?
Impossible.
(war has to be officially declared... if not it is just people fighting with guns, and not a war. FYI the Us has been in a war since WW2.)
I got bored after 3-4 minutes and clicked away. That probably means I'me either part of the conspiracy or one of the mindless sheeple falling for it.

Yea, I ranked this one up there with all the 9/11 conspiracy theories pretty quickly. The person who did this video did about the same as all other news organizations. Pick and choose clips of different events to build their overall story with their overall viewpoint.
In reply to yamaha:
Funny how that works, isn't it. I just find it interesting that people outside of the USA are sharing this kind of stuff.

Half of it could be true and the simple fact would still be "The US is the scapegoat for nearly every other nation's internal problems"
Its berkeleyed up, but that notion is more plausible than this collection of video clips.
Has anyone been brave enough to check out the website they were advertising?
I'm pretty sure that will land you on a watch list.
Hell, we are probably being checked into just by posting to this thread.

Meh, I'm probably on it already. The NSA can go berkeley themselves.
Oddly enough, pre-1940 it was the "Jews" that always got blamed. Now its the "Great Satan US"
On that note, the unfortunate side effect that the internet has given us is the ability to create fake stories that appear credible to appeal to a target audience. I noticed one of those just over the weekend claiming "Jews have surrounded, are looting, and scaling the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem!!!! We must act to stop this despicable act" with a picture allegedly depicting the event. Oddly enough, it was a picture of a prayer service outside the mosque from one of their large holy days.
