You know, I can't believe no one has mentioned cream puffs.

Filled with the aforementioned vanilla bean ice cream and topped with hot fudge, just like the serving suggestion above.

Graeter's...they melt pure chocolate and coat the inside of the bucket the ice cream is about to be made in, then freeze it solid. As the cream and sugar and other ingredients are mixed in said bucket, the blade of the mixer breaks the shell up and into the ice cream. Some chunks are too big to fit in your mouth...it is glorious. Mint chip is by far my favorite flavor of theirs. Sometimes, Im glad I live in Cinci.

I just found a fix for this issue. I love pumpkin pie. Apparently as a child every year my mother would ask me what kind of birthday cake I wanted I always responded with pumpkin pie. I guess she had a hard time finding pumpkin in june.

Being from the Pacific northwest I had never experienced sweet potato pie. I think it exists so that you don't feel awkward making pumpkin pie in the off season.
