These are Mofos Top Ten College football picks for week 9. these are straight win lose picks with no spread. I am often wrong so if your favorite team is chosen against... well you will likely win.

  • Texas vs. Oklahoma State mp= Oklahoma State
  • Alabama vs. Tennessee mp= Tennessee
  • Penn State vs. Ohio State mp= Ohio State
  • Oklahoma vs. Kansas State mp= Oklahoma
  • Florida vs. Kentucky mp= Florida
  • USC vs. Arizona mp= USC
  • Georgia vs. LSU mp= LSU
  • Texas Tech vs. Kansas mp= Texas Tech
  • Utah vs. New Mexico mp= Utah

The best game of the week will be the Nittany Lions versus the Buckwads, as much as I wish that OSU will fall apart I think they are going to be too much on defense for Penn State. I am seeing a VERY close game in the upper mid 20's each.

OSU 28 - PSU 25

I guess when you're in Detroit you have to settle for college football

did you get this from ESPNs college pick-em? I'm on there, my group is the tea-baggin Tebows. It's only my brother and I and he only decides to play every other week. I guess working from home you don't have enough time to take a minute to pick 10 games every week...... Texas vs. Oklahoma State mp= (Texas has a horrible defense, OSU has proven they have the best defense in the Little 12)

Alabama vs. Tennessee mp= NOBAMA

Penn State vs. Ohio State mp= Penn State

Oklahoma vs. Kansas State mp= Oklahoma

Florida vs. Kentucky mp= Florida

USC vs. Arizona mp= Arizona

Georgia vs. LSU mp= UGA

Texas Tech vs. Kansas mp= Kansas (Techs defense is freakin' terrible)

Utah vs. New Mexico mp= Utah (best team now in the state of the stormin' mormons)

i have a hard time buying that OK state will win in austin, they have had fewer real tests than texas has(which is why their stats are comparable), look at their schedule

washington state houston missouri state troy A&M then Mizzou, who turns out isn't so tough baylor

Texas is the first real test for OK State, then they have another easy game at Iowa State, then a decent Tech, although they struggled against the aggies, then a possible trap game at colorado, then Oklahoma to finish the season.

I just see Texas mailing it in for some reason

i dunno, i just see tech as a much bigger hurdle than OK state, maybe because they have to play tech in lubbock. i guess OK state just hasn't really impressed me with a win over a proven team yet. if texas lets them jump out ahead early like they have in past years, then there could be trouble, but if they start strong and protect the ball, they'll make it an uphill battle for the run-heavy osu offense

HA! No I can't get on the pick 'em site because it is tagged as "gaming" for Websense. These were my own pics off the 120 at 1:20 list.

John, who's your pick for MSU/UM? I'm a huge Buckeye fan (you can see my OSU flag on my front porch in Novi, MI), so I really want to see MSU kick the snot out of UM. If MSU loses this one, they really deserve to be the step child.

Go Green, Go White. Michigan will score 14 points in the second half... but the 23 that the Spartans score in the first will cover it.

Oklahoma state is really the only team to put a stop to Mizzou's offense. Yes they lost to texas 56-31, but they still put up 31 points. We'll see how it goes though.

I am still baffled that USC and Ohino State are ranked above UF in the BCS. USC lost to Oregon State, which got pounded by Penn State, Ohio State got whooped by USC. Just doesn't make sense. Florida lost by 1 point to Ole Miss who is way better than their record shows. All of their losses are by like 4 points or less from what i can remember off the top of my head. Then we put the hurt on LSU.

Then Texas Tech. Wooohoo you have a good offense, tooooo bad your defense SUCKS. You let Nebraska play with you, let TAMU hang with you, it's gonna be ugly when you actually play a decent team. Sorry you aren't a Top 10 team and you'll be lucky to be in the top 25 at seasons end.

you must not have watched the UT - mizzou[doh!] game then. osu put up 28 points on the texas second string defense in the second half, and only kicked a field goal as time expired in the first half.

Texas vs. Oklahoma State mp= Texas

OkState is strong, but Texas has more ponies. Texas as the D to shut down Dez, and the running game. OkState might slow the Horns down, but not enough to win.

Alabama vs. Tennessee mp= Bama

No contest. Sorry. Hate Saben, but the man can coach.

Penn State vs. Ohio State mp= Penn St.

Penn St. is stronger overall. Down year for Ohio St. Which is a compliment.

Oklahoma vs. Kansas State mp= Oklahoma

Kansas St. is NOT good. Expect to see them last in the Big 12 at the end of the year. Ok will cruise through them.

Florida vs. Kentucky mp= Florida

Just don't see Kentucky pulling this one out. Florida is bound to gel at some point.

USC vs. Arizona mp= USC

USC won't be looking ahead anymore this season.

Georgia vs. LSU mp= LSU

Toss up. This one could be a very good game.

Texas Tech vs. Kansas mp= Texas Tech

Tech will win. Kansas isn't as good as people have thought. And Tech is better then some people think.

Utah vs. New Mexico mp= Utah

No insight.

heres my take

  • Texas vs. Oklahoma State mp= Texas
  • Alabama vs. Tennessee mp= bama it might not be pretty even though Tennessee kinda sucks this year
  • Penn State vs. Ohio State mp= Penn ohio will have to play better than they have all season to beat psu
  • Oklahoma vs. Kansas State mp= Oklahoma they'll win, but why are they ranked 4th exactly?
  • Florida vs. Kentucky mp= Florida meh
  • USC vs. Arizona mp= USC might be close, Arizona always plays USC tough
  • Georgia vs. LSU mp= LSU might be close as well
  • Texas Tech vs. Kansas mp= Texas Tech Tech will have to play better than they did against nebraska and A&M however
  • Utah vs. New Mexico mp= Utah don't know much about UNM but i doubt they'll be able to stop Utah

You must not have been watching the game, because Texas just played Mizzou.

I'd be happy if my alma mater beat TN this weekend. That would be great. If Saban can convince the players to play as hard as he has thus far (while still being smart and playing clean with regard to penalties), we should be OK. Alabama has a history (the last several years, at least) of starting to "believe the hype" and/or read their own press around midseason and getting caught slacking by some other team.

Tennessee always comes to play, though. Not having a major in-state rival means they are gunning for AL every year, and most of the last several they have come out on top. Doesn't help that the game's in Knoxville this year- all that orange and noisy crowd won't help.
