I shot one for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Shoots well and all but I think half of the allure and awesomeness is purely the fact that it was in service for soooo long. Great gun nonetheless... It just wasn't "OMG THE MOST AWESOME THING TO EVER BE CREATED" that my friends made it up to be.
Kudos to Utah. I'm not sure if JMB designed the Browning Hi-power, but I love it as much as the 1911. The man knew his stuff.
