This is tempting depending on $$$ and time.

It warms my heart when someone gets the smarts to leave snow, ice, and cold temps for the blissful joy of not owning thermal underwear. Reminds me of the day before I departed Connecticut to head towards Charlotte. It was snowing so hard I couldn't see past the hood of my truck. Berkeley snow. As far as Florida goes, there's the touristy vacation areas, then there's the rest of the state. A state that big has something for everyone.

Fltrd? TRD for Toyota Racing Development or 'tard your choice.
or Flamy? FL Amy or flamy as in put on your flame suit
Things i learned so far.
Christmas is really confusing. I went to publix to get some tonic and whatnot and i hear this bell ringing. Im like...i know this noise. Then i saw the salvation army bellringer. But she was in sunhlasses and a tshirt. Bellringers in mn are usually dressed for arctic expedition. It showed me just how much i tie things to seasons.
Publix- publix is dope.
Apparently cars down here dont come with turn signals.
Disney throws one helluva party.

No emissions laws, safety inspections consist of a seat belt and headlights, and parts are rust free (but sometimes flood damaged). Give us some updates on how the imagineered city has fared.he moved from a state that also has zero emissions testing, and the process for registering your car every year consists of going to the DPS or a deputy registrar and giving them however much money it says to give them on the piece of paper they send you... after a car is 7 years old- i think- it only costs $35 a year to license it...
Huh didn't realize that Minnesota was that lenient. California is bad enough that I forgot all the things that I complained about when I lived in Florida.
Anyway glad to hear that you're settling in well and yes Publix is awesome.
Publix is great. It's also a tad pricey (I've found their fresh food is fairly comparable, but their packaged stuff is more expensive).
Winn Dixie is a good sweet spot between the hell of WalMart and the wallet pain of Publix. If you want a sub, though, skip Subway and Quiznos and go to Publix.
Turn signals are, indeed, optional. I enjoy it, as it adds a new layer of difficulty to driving, and keeps it interesting. Plus, when you buy E36 M3ty cars you don't have to worry about replacing burnt out bulbs.
Christmas has snow? Huh... It snowed here. Once. For a few minutes.
One other thing: GET OVER TO THE COAST AND/OR VISIT THE SPRINGS. Florida's greatest assets aren't owned by the mouse, they're natural.
